Does anyone know of a stop smoking cruise or vacation designed for quiting?

I would like to find a stop smoking place where there is no tobaco to be had.

The previous poster is correct you maybe able to find a group putting a cruise together for a stop smoking cruise, but if you can’t find one, you can try starting a cruise of your own. Post on cruise forums and look for others looking to cruise.
Most cruise lines have dedicated smoking areas but it will be difficult to find a major cruise line where smoking is not allowed. When people smoke they like to drink so no smoking is bad for business.

Also, I did see a private company offering a cruise designed specifically for cruisers looking to stop smoking http://quitsmokingcruise.org/ this is probably the way to go if you are really serious about wanting to quit smoking.
