There are some great information and education sites out there. I like http://whyquit.com/
Also, the American Lung Association does have a free online program called Freedom from Smoking. Check out http://www.lungusa.org

go look on the internet for help with stopping somking. I live in new york, and we have "new york quits" program, where they give you free patches and help aides. i don’t know if you can get it where you live. look it up.
