Its possible to keep growing till 21 – but your bones fuse at 25.

Men can keep growing into their 20s. Quitting smoking will help a lot.

At 18 it is unlikely that you have very much growth potential left now anyway.

Smoking doesn’t affect your height, that’s an old wive’s tale. At 18, most of your growth is done, whether you smoke or not.

Anything is possible – but no guarantee’s. You still have at least 3 more years of puberty left. Many guys continue to grow right up until finishing puberty. Congratulations on your New Year’s Resolution. Just make sure you follow thru with it. Smoking can be a big contributor to causing mouth, tongue, throat, lung & pancreatic cancer. It also interrupts the blood flow to your penis causing erectile dysfunction or impotence. Your body will thank you for quitting smoking.

You may want to detox your body from harmful metals accumulated from smoking. Herbal supplements like Cilantro and Chlorella can help remove harmful metals from your body. Amino Acids Balance and B-Vitamins can help improve your health and rebuild collagen and muscle. Citicoline is used to help rebuild brain cells and reversing brain damage caused by smoking can help your body become more healthy. Smokers lose twice as much Vitamin C than non-smokers, so taking a Vitamin C supplement or eating more citrus may be helpful in improving your health. Get plenty of exercise and rest will help your body heal itself. For more helpful supplement advice please go to: http://www.VitaminGuineaPig.com
