What gift would you recommend I get for someone who I want to stop smoking?

My uncle is turning 40 and still smokes. He tries to quit but can’t. I want to get him something for his birthday that could possibly help him.

Nicotene gum and/or patches along with a motivational book and perhaps a list of helpful links.
My mother in law used a book to help her stop smoking.. I don’t rememer the name of it though….but if you email me tomorrow I should know by then she hasn’t smoked in 4 months even with all the stress the family been going through
