STAR Council, Smoke-Free Texas working to snuff out smoking
For non-smokers cigarette smoke can quickly and easily interfere with a public outing. Secondhand smoke, or ETS (environmental tobacco smoke), contaminates the air and is retained in hair, on clothes, and in fabrics like car upholstery, furniture and curtains.
