Is anyone in TTC also trying to quit smoking?
If you are, how are you handling the stress of negative pregnancy tests?
I quit smoking after 2 months of TTC. We’re now at the end of month 4. No baby for us this month either
Every time I see a negative pregnancy test I want to cry (and sometimes I do). Quitting smoking is possibly the most difficult thing I’ve ever done. It’s 10x harder when I find out I have more months of waiting ahead.

I just quit over a week ago when we started trying–
I quit drinking as well (although I like smoking more than drinking but I miss a glass of white wine in the evenings).
Quitting smoking can be really tough but just know that you increase your chance of conceiving by NOT smoking. To your uterus, smoking is REALLY bad– just research it.
So, don’t give in– try developing a new, healthier addiction (as strange as it sounds)…like something artistic, athletic, cooking, baking…etc.
Good luck to you–
