You may get thicker but you will live longer.
Hmm…thick butt, or lung cancer? Why would you want to get thicker, and why would you want to smoke? Everyone’s different, so no one can say for sure.
It wouldn’t make your butt get bigger&thicker, but you’ll be a hell of a lot more attractive.
No and you shouldn’t smoke in the first place! Next thing you know you’ll be on your death bed with lung cancer! But if you want to get thicker resort to eating junk food and crap. Oh and if your smoking from depression food helps! Just don’t go overboard

yep, smoking causes people to lose apetite, thats why many smokers are slim, thats an unhealthy diet, so if you stop doing that “diet” you will get thicker
why would ciagrretts help you get a bigger butt ? it will only help you get lung cancer .
