it wont improve ur skin….but it will stop gettin worse…..
If you quit smoking, your skin will ABSOLUTELY IMPROVE. Toxins come out through your skin and they are so hard from cigarettes that you are highly damaging your skin on a daily basis. Your skin color, pigment and texture will improve, and it will look ‘healthier’. Good luck!!!
One of the best anti-aging tips I can give is, if you’re a smoker, stop smoking.
Daily moisturizing and using premium natural skin care products can do wonders for those wrinkles, but your efforts will all be for naught if you can’t give up the nicotine habit.
Smoking expedites the aging process and contributes to wrinkles by narrowing the blood vessels in your skin, which robs said skin of oxygen and nutrients.
There are numerous ways to quit smoking such as nicotine patches and substituting cigarettes for chewing gum, that is, if you suffer from an oral fixation. The important thing is that if your goal is to have healthy skin, the best you can do, outside of a skin regiment, is to drop that cigarette
In the long run, quitting smoking will take years off your skin. Smoking ages the skin faster. It will definitely benefit your skin if you quit smoking.
First of all, smoking is the worst thing you can possibly do for your skin. Period. Also, have you tried Proactiv? I used it when I was younger and it made my skin perfectly clear.
It will definately improve your complexion and overall look. Have you ever compared people in their 30′s that smoke to people who do not? They look like they are in their 40′s compared to people who do not. Smoking affects the oxygen in your blood which leads to clogged pores, which leads to acne. Here is an article on it. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1563310/Smoking-can-cause-acne,-new-research-shows.html. Sugary foods also cause this, but even if your acne went away, you will still end up with a “weathered look” from smoking. Your skin will become leathery once you are in your 50s or 60s. I would be more worried about your lungs. Despite what alot of people think, your lungs can not heal. Once your lungs are damaged, your stuck with them like that until you die. So if you get shortness of breath one day from smoking, there’s nothing the doctors can do. My mom quit smoking when she was in her 30s and still died of lung cancer when she was in her 50s. It was a painful death and she was gasping for air for 2 days. This was the worst thing I’ve ever had to see in my life. Not just because it was my mom, but to see any person go through that is horrible. I strongly suggest you quit now. It’s just not worth it. I quit 2 years ago. 1 month of being strong and quitting, will probably save your life and you won’t have to die in such a horrible way. Once you get past the first month, it’s easy to not start up again. Please think about it.
It will definitely help your complexion. Smoking effects you on the inside and outside…
You should try to quit and see what happens. In the long run, quitting smoking will improve your health in a lot of ways

I doubt if it will help at all. There is no connection.
I don’t think it will help. I took Accutane a couple years ago for acne. I had problems with that too and I don’t smoke. Probably just some side effect from the drug.
I know it screws up with your blood cholesterol levels and night vision too. Scary stuff. Glad I’m off it. Oh, and if you’re a girl, make sure you don’t get pregnant while on it!
