I need help to stop smoking pot?

I have been smoking weed, marijuana or whatever you want to call in everyday for years. I really need to and want to stop. It is effecting my health (lungs) relationships with family and friends and there is many other reasons. But I find it hard to quit. Any tips?

You should consider going to a rehad center and they will give you help and support, and so will your family. they’ll be thrilled you care about yourself enough to get help.

Lmao. It’s not addictive so I don’t know why you are having so much trouble. Try cutting down.

First of all, you don’t need rehab to quit smoking pot. If by affecting your health you mean it’s giving you cancer or something similar to your lungs, you’re quite wrong I can assure you that.

It’s not as hard to quit as you may think it is. All you need to do is stop smoking it. When you run out, don’t go buying anymore. Have some will power and stop making it out to be powerful. After a week, the urge to use it again will leave and you won’t want to do it anymore. Marijuana is not physically addictive and does not have the same withdrawal affects as stuff like cigarettes, coffee and heroin.

    you are fcuking shitting me.

marijuana is not addicting, and doesn’t cause lug problems… i know this, because i smoke it also…

stopping weed is the easiest thing in the world to do, i don’t see how you have any problem doing this, unless you are an extremely week minded, if so, i think you are addicted to chocolate also.

Marijuana is as addictive as caffeine, which is very low. It could be possibly effecting your lungs just by giving you shortness of breath but no big issues. unless it is effecting your income or something like that your family and friends need to chill out. Will power is all the help you need. Its like me trying to stop drinking soda’s. Is it bad for me? maybe a bit but only if i drink too many. I love them but i don’t need them. I can quit anytime if i tried hard enough. Will it be hard to refuse a soda if i am offered one? HECK YEA it would be but thats when will power comes in.

I just read very strange answers here…

Of course it’s addictive and it’s not like you can quit it just anytime, especially if you smoked it every day few years…

And it is physically and socially harming…what ever you guys will say, it is..you are just trying to make an excuse for it, and calm yourself about it…

It’s more mentally additive than physically, so, you need some motivation and will power to get over it… I would recommend you some books about it, but i know that’s hard to do, reading books (i don’t have patience for it) so I will recommend that you get this audio course : http://to.ly/6bf9
This one will guide you through whole process, show you how to deal with it, motivate you to quit.

You are on right track, you already know that it is bad, that’s the hardest step….I wish you much luck and strength to deal with it…

    Cheers!
