How do I quit smoking with all the stress?
I stress out about not having a gf by my age because i’m already an adult…I want to feel accepted and loved…I feel a part of me is missing …i’ve become cynical…I tried to quit smoking but I do because it relaxes my nerves…I rarely smoke though…I don’t have money and no girl
*I do it because it relaxes my nerves*
it keeps my cool
I tried to quit but I keep coming back to it

and ALOT of girls think smoking is a turnoff!
Start looking for a girlfriend who smokes. Less stress for you, and you kill two birds with one stone!
Compromise with yourself. Try an electric cigarette, you get the nicotine without many of the chemicals in regular cigarettes and there is no tar or smell. I recently bought my electric cigarette and I have been cigarette free for two weeks. My plan is to gradually decrease my nicotine levels over a few months. It seems to be working better then anything else I have tried.
About a month ago, I asked the question does an electric cigarette work? One of the answers recommended Epic-vapor.com, so I bought mine from them. I have been very happy with it and the it is saving me lots of money compared to traditional cigarettes.
Well, Smoking actually adds to your stress. I was a smoker also and I used to smoke like a chimney and I said there were 2 moments I will not be able to live without the smokes – the after mealtime cigarettes and the stress cigarettes. Then I got pregnant – so I quit. I remembered tasting food again like I got my taste buds back. When I hang out with friends, I didn’t have to excuse myself to be alone to have a puff. And i didn’t use so much antibac spray for the stinky fingers. i think if you think of the benefits of quitting the habit – you will soon realize it is worth it.
“Just Girl” is right, you could try an ecig out…they’re actually less expensive than the patch, and you can use it with the gradual nicotine reduction method. Over time they pay for themselves anyway with regard to what you’re spending on real cigarettes.
Sorry that you’re having such a rough time, though. Take my word for it – you’re not alone.
