How do I get my dad to quit smoking in the house?

Im 12 years old and have smoking parents. My mom and dad are divoriced but live in the same house due to money. My mom smokes outside for my happiness and saftey but my dads the most stubborn person in the world, and he wont. Everythime i bring it up e yells at me or ignores me! Im getting made fun of at school due to smelling like smoke and its ruining my life! Im also very worried about their and my health. Please any advice?

You can try saying you got in trouble with a teacher for smelling like smoke and they wouldn’t believe you when you said it wasn’t from you.
Refuse to talk to him until he does it outside. Make an annoying noise every time he is smoking around you. That’s what I can think of. Or you could try making a compromise. Tell him if he starts smoking outside you will do the dishes or something. Is there anything he asks you to do, because you could go to him rationally and make an agreement. If there is nothing he asks say you will clean his car every two weeks if he smokes outside. Or you will cook dinner once a week or something like that. Hope it helps:)
I can surgest something that gives you the nicotine isn’t against smoking bans and looks, tastes and feels like a real ciggy but none of the bad bits – Also it pretty much pays for it’s self after the first few cartriages because one cartriage is equal to about 50 ciggys I don’t know if you are from the states or england but I can give you both sites – Though a downside to it is it might not feel as soft as a real one. And it admits smoke but it is vapor and harmless to anyone – So your dad and maybe your mom could smoke in the house with your health still protected.
