How can l help a friend to stop smoking rock?

Whats the best help he can gets to stay away from this counseling, rehabilitation programs and some other ways are just helpless.

Just tell him that it’s not good for him and that you’re worried about him. Tell him it’s gonna harm him eventually, and that it’s gonna get in the way of his studies and possibly lose some of his friends.
If he’s really your friend, then tell your friend that if he doesn’t stop smoking those things then your not going to talk to him ever again.
Honestly if it’s that big of a problem you should talk to an adult. I know it sounds lame but in this case it sounds like your best option. Talk to someone you truly trust it could even be an older sibling, cousin, etc. Talk to your friends parents and let them know what’s up because I’m sure they could be the most helpful in a situation like this. It’s good that you’re worried and trying to help your friends just be smart about it. Don’t act like it’s a big deal just talk to them about it so they understand how stupid it is.
