How can I come up with new ways to help people to stop smoking fulfill the role that is to be used in practice?

    there are e cigs out now… able to at least switch to a healthier alternative.

    tell them what smoking actually does to their body… rather than the old myth..

    cigs make your feel temporarily relieved and then when its gone, you want more of that. you save so much money by not smoking

    First of all, you cant. The reason being, addiction is something that can only be tackled by the person who is addicted. Nothing you say or do will get a person to stop unless it changes their way of thinking and makes them want to pursue it relentlessly. Addiction is on a level much deeper than words will ever go. That is why the cycle will always continue.

    I have very recently helped a good friend of mine quit smoking, all the info and the eBook I got from http://www.stop.co.nz was fantastic.
