How can I convince my dad I quit smoking?

My parents found out that I’ve been smoking tobacco a couple days ago. I have no problem with quitting…especially when they won’t give me my allowance back until I can prove that I quit…but I have one problem…i don’t know how to prove it! Help?

Just walk up to him and say “Dad I know that i quit smoking, so if you don’t believe me then fine! But as long as I know that I stopped hurting my body, I am happy.” I just thought of that of the top of my head so you should change a few words and stuff but go for that kind of idea.
i agree with chase peters. just tell him that so he can have some sense knocked into him,
Ask them what they need from you to prove that you’ve quit.
bring some cigs to him and break em then say i quit
