Has anyone used the plant (or weed) Plaintain in helping to stop smoking?

Do you use it as a tea or chew the leaves? and does it actually work. An effective and free stop smoking aid…wouldn't that be fantastic! Thanks!
i never tried it, although it does sounds fascnating yes, i came across something else fantastic, a candle that lets out an aroma, a aroma that makes cigarette smoke tastes like crap
