Where is a link to an inspirational video to help my husband to quit smoking.?

After 14 years of smoking It’s been three days he has been smoke free. His main reason, among many others, is he is going to be a father. I’m looking for a link, maybe from youtube or something similar that I can show my husband for inspiration when he feels like giving up. Something more along of the lines of so and so dying as a result with a touching story. Or Peter Jennings heart felt story. Stuff with data and statistics does very little. All link will be greatly appreciated. I know they are out there, I saw so many growing up but where are they now.

Listen up!!! there is nothing you can do to make him quit. it has to come from him wanting to quit, I worked in a hospital and seen the effects of smoking I took many of people to the morgues but I continued to smoke, I am now on a prescription to quit, and to be honest I am not quiting for health reasons because I love a good cigarette, I am quitting because in Indiana they raised the prices again, and I feel that they can rob me at the gas pumps but I can control buying cigarettes I will be damned if I will pay $5.00 a pack! stories only impact non-smokers I tell you a smokers can sit back and watch the effects of smoking and still light up, it is an addictin and the person has to come with their own terms like me it was a tax that pissed me off but hey that was my way. wish me luck I am down from 40 cigs aday for 30 years and now I have abot 10 a day I am getting there it takes 24 weeks on this prescription.

I was a smoker for 25 years and I had quit smoking for over six times ,but never really quit smoking before.Just after I read that quit smoking program, I realized how easy quitting smoking was.I am a non-smoker now! I highly recommend this program to your husband. It really works. You can check out http://quit-smoking-in-3-hours.info

These are really good tips I have heard to stop smoking. Hope they help.

Because a smoker forms the habit of putting something in their mouth, and it’s like always a cigarette. you will need something else to put into your mouth, like lollipops.

Have a peppermint each time you crave a cigarette, the craving will go away somehow.

Be sure to have lots of water, the nicotine will wash out within 48 – 72 hours. Let’s say, the same amount as some scientist discovered. 6 – 8 glasses a day.

Make sure you get a lot of fresh air and exercise, it will help your brain recover

Have faith. Thinking you can’t do it over and over won’t help.
