Where can I ask for help to quit smoking?

I have low income resources. I’ve been smoking for 10 years now. I want to quit, I have tried quitting cold turkey in the past but it hasn’t worked. where can I go to ask for help that wouldn’t require lots of money?

Advice from a 30+ year cigarette smoker, I have pretty much tried using all the “quit smoking” goods out there; and practically nothing has made it simple for me much more to stop the unhealthy habit than this http://shortme.ws/4/5PW5D1 It is absolutely wonderful! I have never felt better in my entire life. Give it a chance, and you wont ever go back to traditional cigarettes. All the best!!

you can do it by yourself. be aware of the withdrawal effects so that when they happen you can understand why they are happening. this consciousness will help you not to smoke. this is the solution if you really try to stop smoking but cannot do because of the problems or uneasiness you feel after giving up smoking.

Cold turkey DOES work, it’s the fastest method that exists today. Nicotine will be out of your system in 2 weeks. If you use other methods, like the patch or the gum, they cost money. And they only prolong the addiction because you are feeding yourself nicotine. Quitting cold turkey is free. You just have to fill the void of cigarette cravings with other healthy options, like exersise. It’s like turning off a light switch and then turning another one on. I smoked for 16 years and I made a website about how I quit. You should check it out and see if you can relate to what I have to say. I might be able to help you. I know how you feel.
