what’s an easy way to quit smoking cigarettes?
i smoke around a pack a day, anddd it needs to stop. i have emotional suppost, but physically, i feel like everytime i try, i just keep coming back. my life is really stressful and that’s another reason i smoke alot. but i’m trying to take it out on other things than smoking, and lighting incense helps me alot recently. any advice?
