    Stop selling cigarettes.

  • Steve C says:

Let them smoke or your taxes will go up to pay for the loss of revenue for your government.

    beat them.

  • Brian says:

Tax cigarettes until they are too expensive for people to buy.

  • JGally says:

Help them find a substitute for the times they would normally smoke.

Many people need to replace the void with something before they can be free of the desire to smoke, so a healthy and relaxing activity can be done instead of smoking.

So if you want to help them,
each time they want to smoke,
(for example) massage their shoulders for 5 minutes,
or sit with them in silence and share the same breathing rhythm,
or drink a cup of coffee with them,
    or tell jokes.

Anything to raise their vibration while at the same time partially distracting them from their urge to smoke nicotine.

There are so many reasons why you SHOULDN’T smoke.
Try to be creative in putting the usual:

    - think of the children
    - it’s expensive
    - you’ll stink
    - you’ll have bad health problems

    etc etc messages across.

You’ve already adopted the ways to keep us smokers from enjoying ourselves at bars…restaurants and any other buildings with a roof over them so why don;t you put all your energies into helping homeless and starving people and leave us smoking adults alone to make our own choices.I don’t tell you what you can and cannot do so what makes you think you have the right to tell me what I can and can’t do/?

  • Omar says:

See? Now that’s just messed up, man. It’s up to SMOKERS to quit smoking. This is AMERICA! If you want to smoke then you should be allowed to smoke. Stop trying to get people to quit smoking and let them quit smoking when they want to.

  • Lily says:

Many people don’t want to quit smoking. It’s one of the few pleasures they get out of life.

Why don’t the non-smokers mind their own business, stop trying to shut down cigar bars they wouldn’t step into anyway, and start looking at and fixing their own habits which might be considered “offensive” to someone else?

  • David says:

yeah Laylee has a valid point. I myself am addicted to them and lets be honest if they stopped selling them we would save money, be healthier and pay less taxes! PEFERCT!

  • Rayven56 says:

There’s a terrific site out there I highly recommend if you really want to quit. Personally, I could no longer accept the slavery it represented…not to mention the cost! I quit cold-turkey four years ago New Year’s day…after 41 years a smoker! See link below; these folks covered every facet of the necessary support…all the bases!

  • Sir Digby Chicken Caesar says:

Maybe we should just stop harassing them, they’re adults and have the right to f u c k up their health if they want to. No one harasses people who do extreme sports, and they risk their health all the time.

But to answer your actual question, how about the following:
    Smokers Anonymous,
    Nicotine patches etc on nhs,
Lock up their cigarettes and only give a certain amount a day, gradually reducing this over time,

I’m not a smoker, so I don’t know what else to suggest.
