what to do to get better results in the gym and quit smoking?

I recently started working out I’m going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and I started feeling way better after working out but I’m trying to quit smoking to be more healthy and get some muscules please help with good advice .

    The first step is to truly want to quit and change your mindset. A lot of people struggle with quitting because they still like the habit and deep down they don’t want to let it go. Also, social setting can be a problem. Like when co-workers take a smoke break during work. Or your friends go out at a party. My advice is to find something else to occupy yourself in these times. Or latch onto a non-smoker friend. smoking really is a disgusting habit and if you can train yourself to have this point of view that will also help.

    My grandma to quit smoking had a jar she put her money in that she normally spent on smokes. Then when she had a good amount she would treat herself. WOn’t take to long for you with the cost of cigerettes these days.

    As to the Gym my advice is to do some weight training but to take it slow. It is better on our bodies if we take things slow, It will pay off in the end. I would also avoid those protein drinks and such. They are really expensive and a lot of them are just like drinking a glass of milk which is cheaper.
