Tell me your “I quit smoking” success stories. Need all the help I can get to quit..?
I am quitting nicotine after 10 years. Actually I quit, 1 hour ago. I have been preparing for today for the past few days and I am determined. I have kids now, and money is tight and I can’t waste money any more or damage my health. Any help would be welcome. How did you do it?

There are worse things you can do to your body than smoking. Sure it isn’t good for you but nothing in excess ever is. But if you want to quit, then just do it. The reason we think it is so hard to quit is because that is why we are told to think. Commercials make it seem difficult. Addiction programs tell you that you can’t do it alone. This is to sell their products. Nicotine does have some level of physical addiction, but it isn’t that much. Just stop smoking, the effects of quitting cold turkey aren’t going to kill you or anything. You might get a few headaches and crave nicotine a little but it really isn’t anything difficult.
Be aware of …
- Everyone is different in the way they stop smoking.
- What worked for someone might not work for others.
(Do you want to quit or want to know how others have stopped?)
Also,
- No one can quit if not entirely convinced (by him/her-self) to do so.
- There’s no best nor easy way to quit.
- The only way to tell if any given method works or not for someone is to try it.
- Anything to stop that habit is worth it.

The site has a poor design but its contents is very reach.
I quit smoking by vaporization. By starting to vaporize tobacco and gradually reducing intake in every week, with some gums. That works really.
