is this a good way to slowly help a person quit smoking?

My idea is to start jogging with this person every other day, see if I get her to push her lungs, she’ll slowly have to lay more off the smoking in order to keep up…eventually I’ll try to implement nicotine gum. so its quit by necessity.

If the person doesn’t want to quit they won’t no matter what you no.

see your doctor for Chantix, reduce negative stress, do yoga, see a counselor weekly, volunteer, and see a pulmonologist to assess the current level of lung damage.

exercise is a good thing but it depends on how much she smokes a day and for how long. one thing that help me was benefits lol a friend of mine was trying to get me to quit and it came down to everyday i didnt smoke i got 1 hour of me time, (pampering), dont think that will work in your situation but you can replace that with. movies and restaurant’s or even shopping trips together, so every day she want with out smoking you would take her at the end of the week to the movies or out for a drink or something she would enjoy,
