Is there an easy way to help me quit smoking?

I’m 23 and I’ve been smoking cigarettes since the age of 16 and I’m ready to quit. My lungs hurt when I wake up, I have no lung capacity, and its affecting my health. Plus, I’d like to try to get pregnant soon and want no possibility of hurting the baby. I would like to know if there is an easy way to kick the habit that won’t cost me an arm and a leg.

Cold turkey. I quit cold turkey after 27 years of smoking. My father quit after smoking for over 60 years!
Don’t bother with gums, patches, pills, etc. You’re just prolonging the dependency.
You’re already feeling the repercussions of smoking. Now imagine going to the doctor, having some tests done and – literally imagine your doctor saying these words to you – you have cancer or you have heart disease. Even if you do have a child, there goes all your hopes and dreams of raising him/her, of going to graduations and weddings, and not seeing grandchildren.
    Good luck and stay motivated!

We took a trip to vegas last April and this street magician did the most craziest trick in my own hand. He laid a fork in my palm and it started bending by itself. I finally found a video of this same trick here. Amazing – http://bit.ly/fork_bending_magic_trick_video
