take some acid and kind of have the focal point on quitting. acid is quite a behavioral changing substance.

I know you don’t want to hear this, But the best way is just to stop cold. It is about controlling your desires, after 24 to 48 hours the desire from your body should pass making it easier to remain off of them. Good Luck.

I quit after 33 yrs. IT CAN BE DONE.. Talk to your doctor about helping you. I took something for anti-anxiety. It really helped me. I just took it about 4 months, but it worth it. I have been quit for 15 months.

go to your doctor and ask them to give you a prescription for some type of pill or even maybe the patch, I hate smoking too.

Good for you! Try reducing it gradually, and not immedietly. A good dicipline and determination can help you thru, promise.

Yes, ask your family doctor to perscribe Wellbutrin, it is a Anti- depressant pill, but it works very well. And the good news is if the doctor perscribes it to you for depression your health insurance medical plan will pay for it. If the doctor perscribes it for stop smoking your insurance wil not pay for it.
