Is the quit smoking injection in Ireland yet?

i have heard about an injection to help quit smoking and would like some information on it. Does anyone know if it has come to Ireland yet? it seems it may be the only thing i can turn too, as i have tried nearly everything out there. i am 25 and have been smoking for 6 years now.
