Lets say you pay 3 dollars for a pack, everyday take out 3 dollars and leave it aside and save it up for a year, YOU WILL BE RICHHH

catch the flu ( a regular flu) dont smoke for the whole time your sick and when youre done being sick, smoke a cigarette then go for a run for 5 mins and see if you can still breathe if you cant then they you go cause if you can barely do that now imagine later on in life even the slightest activity would be hard plus lung cancer.

I was once a smoker as well, and I KNEW all the nasty facts about smoking but I could not stop smoking. Trying to scare yourself doesnt work at all, for me at least lol.

Have you tried to do sports? I quitted smoking because I was trying to do sport (swimming). It is a lot easier to quit if you have something else to concentrate on. Whenever you want to smoke, simply go swim until you forget about it (well in my case)

If you are still craving after a cancer stick after all the work out, try chewing one of those nicotine gum, it really helps a lot. However I really doubt you need those gum since you are only a teen, I doubt that you are extremely addicted to nicotine.

Every time you smoke you are reducing your life expectancy.

Smoking makes you smell bad and ruins your teeth and nails.

Smoking is a very disgusting habit, you dont realize that until you quit.

We cant really scare you into quitting, you have to want to do it yourself. Shouldnt your guardian be telling you this?

the honest answer is not to start in the first place.

but the brutal truth is your lungs will turn pitch black, you could die of lung cancer, emphysema, bronchitis, etc. and if you don’t die of any of those illnesses/diseases then you will get symptoms of them everyday for the rest of your life, which won’t be very long because smoking will kill you.

    These are some facts:

    -You get yellow teeth
    -Yellow nails
    -You constantly stink of cigarettes
-The price is going up to $20 a pack, so if you smoke a packet in a week you’ll be wasting $1040 in a year
-The lung, throat, eye, breast, brain cancers and endless amounts of others that all associate with smoking.
-When you have kids and you smoke, you will be transferring that awful stuff onto them and so when they are born they go through withdrawal symptoms just like an adult, except for a baby.
-My sister started smoking when she was 12, she is now 28 and she had to get veneers to hide her decaying and yellow teeth, they cost her $500 A TOOTH!
-Almost 3,000 people die from being exposed to people smoking around them (that could be your kids, family, boyfriend or mates)
    - Smoking cause infertility, irregular periods and also makes menopause come sooner

I hope you don’t choose to ever pick up a cigarette again. I believe that any one can do anything if they put their mind to it. Be that person you want to be, stop smoking NOW!

Hmm you want scary facts ? I believe you are not living in a country where they print scary pictures of smokers on the cigarette box. I don’t think there is anymore scarier than those pictures.

Anyway, the first step to quit smoking is desire to quit. If you don’t have that desire, it’ll be very very hard. I assume that you have the desire to quit smoking, otherwise you won’t be asking this question right?

So what’s next? Next you need to learn how to quit smoking in a correct way. Some people don’t know how to quit and they just quit but ending up seeing failures instead of success. Why? Because they are not equipped with the knowledge how to quit smoking. For this knowledge, there are many good books or programs that you can check out there to get started.

Once you know how to quit correctly, let’s quit and I believe you can do it ;-)
