I really want to quit smoking but I can’t. Could my guidance counselor help me?

In the school handbook, it says any student who needs help quiting an addictive substance can talk to an administrator and there won’t be consequences for students seeking help. I was just wonder if you thought it might help.

I think you should try talking to your guidance counselor. And I really applaud you for trying to quit.
