Yeah, and it has nothing to do with the bible either. What kind of an answer is that!?
Anyway…try taking 100-200mg of 5HTP at night. Works wonders for helping a person with sleep issues. And take it with a light snack. It’s a natural supplement you can get anywhere.
I’ve been using it for years for sleep issues and mild depression. It really does work wonders. I was shocked myself. :)

My brother is going through the same . He also smoke for over 20 years. The sleeping part is very hard and you don’t want to start taking sleeping pills just. What I know is you have to sleep, so get the cheap sleeping pills sold over the conter ( they are mild and for a couple of weeks you can take those. It will help but you will wake up a couple of times a night still!) It will help believe me! then you have to change patern in your life style. Take a walk at night or read or long hot bath but please don’t think of falling back on the stuff because of your lack of sleep, it’s not worth it! your are cleaning your buddy of the substance and it will take a couple of weeks. In one month you should feel much much better and the sleep should be back to almost normal. It’s very hard to have the will, but just by taking this first move you are on the road of succes.

Be patient, and full of will and I promise you will look back on this bad time and laugh about it later!

Be strong and I’m so proud of you Sleep will come back but in the meanwhile take the mild pills it’s the only solution for me.

    Exercise.

Work out, go for a walk/jog/run, ride a bicycle, or just do work around the house.

Don’t do it right before bed, but make sure that when you hit the pillow, that you are properly exhausted.

I don’t know if it’s related to stopping smoking pot – most of the withdrawals from pot are due to mental addiction. Try the classics, like counting sheep, or counting backwards from 1000. Don’t think about things you have to do – let yourself relax.

If you still can’t sleep, you might want to consider an over the counter sleep aid. You don’t want to trade one addiction for another, but getting sufficient sleep is very important.

    Good luck!!!
