I quit smoking because I’m trying to get healthy, however; I LOVE TO SMOKE !!! Is there anything out there I can smoke that really doesn’t cause harm like cigarettes. I smoke pot and that helps, but I would like something to smoke something on a more regular basis that is not so expensive.
I am thinking American Spirit or Clove cigarettes or something!!!!
Please help, I miss smoking.

Actually, there exists a product for people in your situation. They’re called “electronic cigarettes.” They look like they’re lit and smoke like the real thing by vaporizing the surrounding air so you breathe in and puff out visible “smoke” (water vapor). This way, you can also get the feeling of taking it into your lungs and breathing it back out.
They contain no nicotine, tar, or any other additives that a conventional cigarette does.

This link also has the cheapest electronic cigarettes available, but apparently this brand of e-cigs contains nicotine. This isn’t going to pollute your lungs or give off 2nd hand smoke, though.
