I quit smoking and gained about ten pounds in the stomach/hip area. What is Best way to lose that area?
I’ve been going to the gym and eating more healthy but I still have these extra pounds and bloatedness. Please help.

Thats nothing serious.I think a bit of jogging maybe for half an hour in the morning shall do.You’ll need to be regular though.
