I need help with a 1000 word essay, that might make my friend quit smoking?

So, me and my boyfriend made a bet, that if I write a 1000 word essay on how smoking is bad for your health and the environment, then he’ll “consider” to quit smoking.
It’s due on Thursday, 5th November.
I really wanna be able to finish it, but I need help.
How should I start the essay?
A good title?
And any information you have about the topic, any websites that could help me?

Scroll down to a section where you need to give your name and email so that the website can send it to your mail address. Actually, I think you can finish your whole essay just by using that free materials because the materials have lots of good points for your essay.
