I heard of a new pill to help quit smoking and also with any addictions has any one heard of it?

I heard that it is supposed to be the “miracle pill” and I wanted to know more about it.

There is a new drug approved by the FDA earlier this year called varenicline that shows promise. I’m not sure of about other addictions, but studies for smoking looked promising.
I got a prescription called Bupropion but the brand name is Wellbutrin also an antidepressant but is also prescribed to quit smoking and so far has worked for me because I have been smoke free for one month now and have not had one single craving but I don’t know if it helps with any other addictions.
