I have quit smoking when does it get easier?
Please answer if you were a smoker and have quit.
I live in Europe and it is easy to smoke anywhere people do not badger smokers. However I made a conscience choice to quit because I got sick and tired to being addicted.
I visited a lung doctor and I have quit on the 27th of Nov 11, with the help of counseling and pills.
However I still get an crazy urge to smoke everyday and I even go through withdrawal symptoms twice three times a day.
Any tips on how to overcome these very strong urges and finally overcome the addiction?

It does not
the longer it’s been, the esier it gets.
Quiting something is like a mountain, first it’s easy, then it gets harder and harder and harder, but later it will become easy.
