I have decided to quit smoking?

does the nicoderm patch usually cause pain in your arm if you apply the patch on your upper right shoulder? It’s my first day on the patch and I really want to quit smoking I have been a habitual smoker for over 16 years.

Yeah, the patches hurt a bit. Why don’t they make better tasting gum? Best of luck quitting!! Im at 4 months now! It gets easier, I promise!
It can hurt a bit, but if it hurts a lot, take it off and talk to your doctor! Good luck! Don’t get discouraged. It will be so worth it!
