How to quit smoking in a weeks time?

i roll my own tobacco and smoking 7 to 8 in a day at the moment if this helps.

    I bet..and I have had several smoking clients… you have rules as to where you cant smoke. Expand those rules. Allow yourself to smoke in only one place… and then.only a few cigarettes a day…
    or…just stop. Just stop. There are so many things you have to do…break one link in that chain and youll never smoke again.

    You are stronger than any addiction. Tell yourself NOW is the time to stop

    Cold Turkey, nitro! Cheap and Easy. My hubby did it after 25 years of 1-2 packs a day with ZERO problems. 9 months later, I was ready, (You have to be ready, and it sounds like you are) and I quit cold turkey after 20 years of 1 pack a day. It was really not hard for either of us, I kid you not. The first 2 weeks you might miss them, but that’s just because it’s a habit. But you only smoke 7-8 a day! Piece of cake!
    Bless you and way to go! You’ll be proud to say, “I don’t smoke.” :)
