how to help my boyfriend quit smoking?

Hello,
My boyfriend wants to stop smoking and I really want to help him, but I’m not sure how to help . . Any advice?

I would get him an electronic cigarette. This is a SMOKING ALTERNATIVE and doesnt contain the thousands of cancer causing chemicals. They have different levels of nicotine and even go down to none so you can still enjoy the process of smoking, while not using nicotine at all.
Hide his cigarettes from him. And give him encouragement, but remember that different people quit differently, some people have to slowly stop others find patches work well for them and others have the ability to just stop.
