    the will may not make the chemicals you need on your medulla. It will take some endorphins like from sex and a vacation

    Well … when you get that feeling that requests nicotine, try to do something else… like to distract your attention , keep doing that.I happened to forget about it and suddenly i realized that i ain’t got that need no more.

    Take all that money you spend on cigarettes and save it for one month. See if that motivates you, think of the wonderful other stuff you could use the money for. How about a great vacation.

    It’s really very good thing that you are inetrested to quit smoking. Your strong will power can only help you to quit smoking, whenever you feel like smoking, say yourself, not now after half an hour and go on repeat it and slowly prolong the time, another thing is that you keep chewingum in your mouth for long period or another thing you keep one or two cigsrettes in your pocket for one or two days and slowly reduce the numbers, you will find that within a week you will quit smoking habits, this is my own experience.
