How hard will it be to quit smoking after smoking for a month?
I have been smoking for just over a month now and have decided that I am going to stop my main concern is how hard will it be to stop and how to control my temper, my grandfather quit smoking with much ease just by using toothpicks im thinking of going that route.

Follow what your grandfather did. Depends on how much you have smoked a day though. If you smoked half a pack or less a day you shouldn’t have a problem at all.
Good luck!!
It depends how much you were inhaling. When people start smoking, they mostly keep the smoke in their mouth and try to blow smoke rings or exhale out their noses. However, if you have been inhaling smoke into your lungs, you are physically addicted.
A month’s worth should be easy to tough out, but you might want to switch to smoking herbal cigarettes or chew nicorette gum if the nic fits get really bad.
Just smoking for a month is easy quit. I don’t care what people say, it’s easy…
