2?!? that should not be very difficult….get some will power
just quit its not that hard
discontinue smoking
Look at pictures of tar-ridden lungs, perhaps?
Just think of what it is doing to ur lungs, ugh sick….. and it also cuts back of the years of your life
every time that you crave a cigarette, chew gum
It’s very responsible for you to try and quit smoking before trying to get pregnant. One thing to do is to try and go cold turkey. Stay in the bed for a couple days, get away from cigarettes, and soon, you won’t want them as much, and will have the will to get away from them!
start smoking only 1 cig a day for about a week (itll be hard)
then eventually just discontinue use… 2 cigs a day wont be too hard to kick.
stop buying them. your fault you started.
You should seriously just stop and think which things are more important to you. Do you want to have a child or children? OR do you want to drink and smoke? Having a child is a wonderful thing and the other two addictions are not!
All of these answers about Will Power, looking at pictures of tar-ridden lungs, and thinking about the health risks are WRONG. Odds are that none will ever work, and if it does, it will be the most painful kind of quitting, where you are never really happy about it and always secretly wish you were still a smoker because you feel like you’re giving something good up. It only takes Will Power to not do something that you WANT to do, you already don’t want to smoke so it can be easy to quit! I know that goes contrary to what you’ve been told to believe, and maybe even experienced about quitting but it is true.
There is an exceptionally easy way: You don’t even have to commit to smoking, just commit to reading the book “The Easy Way to Quit Smoking” by Allen Carr. I have been smoke free for 2 months now and it has been EASY! I will never touch a smoke again. I truly believe it to be the best book ever written, if you don’t believe me go to Amazon and read the reviews. It is really powerful stuff.
Good luck, but you WON’T need it if you read the book, because it will be easy

Give it up for 2 days. The first day will be the worst. You should feel better on the second day. After 28 days your brain has attained full levels of production of the chemicals your cigarettes had replaced. If you can make it all the way to 28 days, then you have a very good chance of kicking the habit for good.
With only smoking 2 a day, make sure you change your routine when you normally had those two cigarettes. Old habits are easier to break if you stay off the beaten path.
On just 2 cigarettes per day, I would exactly call you a smoker who was hooked on cigarettes. I used to smoke 2 plus “packs” per day. Try that one. I stopped because I wanted to. I made the conscience decision to stop. Not because my friends wanted me to stop, or my wife wanted me to stop but because I wanted to stop. I got tired of the constant coughing and hacking that I went through each and every day, the annual chest colds every year and the shortness of breath I experienced. I stopped COLD because I wanted to. Then it was easy for me. That was over 30 years ago and I haven’t picked up one cig since.
Trust me, when YOU want to stop, you will be able to do it.
I would think that with only 2 cigs per day your will power would be able to cut in but if it doesn’t, perhaps some of the many patches on the market would help.
Much research has been done now and has discovered that smoking has a physical addiction.
It not as easy to break as people think.
You need help from doctor who can prescribe
either wearing a patch or chewing a gum which
will lesson the cravings of Nicotine.
You could also fast three days and that will break your habit too. By fast I mean no food
or cigarettes for three days. Just water but this
is Extreme.
