Patches, pills, e-cigarettes all have nicotine in it without the the 4000 toxic chemical that are in cigarettes…it’s the nicotine that is the addictive substance…try them out…can’t be any worse. I’ve read you can lower your nicotine amount in the cartridges until you are not addicted anymore.

Lots of people with COPD have switched over to e-cigs and felt relief from symptoms. Check out e-cigarette-forum.com. TONS of information (and NO sales hype) and lots of nice folks to help answer questions or point you in the right direction.

E-cigs got me off of tobacco cigs. I smoked for over 30 years and haven’t had a cig in 9 months. Yay Me!

    Good Luck!

I quit after 10 years of smoking traditional cigarettes by switching to electronic. I think 50% of it for me was the actual act of smoking, which the e-cigarette obviously helps. The ecig doesn’t smell, no second hand smoke, you can smoke it pretty much everywhere, and you still get your nicotine with much less chemicals!

I guess the companies don’t make quit smoking or health claims due to FDA regulations but common sense says 4000+ chemicals vs. a few is going to be much much healthier for you.

As far as brands, just do your research. I tried a few before finding ProSmoke but everyone might want something different. Check cigreviews and electroniccigarettespot for opinions and reviews. The other brands came close but I am very content with what I have now.

In the long run, it is also much cheaper. I would say 50+% for smokers. God this sounds like an infomercial….but do your research and good luck quitting!

Only check out store links that are normal URL’s to the store on yahoo answers. Links with anything else are typically spam from affiliates trying to make money.

There’s no best way to quit. Also, everyone is different in the way they stop smoking. E-Cigarettes is a good bet, go on, try it!
Anyway, I suggest you to read http://stopsmoking.eu.pn/
The site isn’t “elegant” but its contents is ok.

    Hope this helps. Regards!

yes! it really help! BUT ! you must use 0mg cartridges! because they do not contain nicotine!
so you will be “smoking” only water vapor! and it is harmless and there is no addictive chemical!!

And the best thing is GreenSmoke! I had tried very many different electronic cigarettes and greensmoke was the best!! and high quality!
