Any suggestions on a surefire way to quit smoking?
I really want to quit, but it is so hard. Please help!

You can start by cutting out a certain place you normally smoke at. Driving, living room, car.. etc.. Then do that for 21 days…then remove another place and do that for 21 days. Then once you have gotten down to one area where you smoke, then every 21 days, cut out one time period out, like don’t smoke in the early morning when you first get up, or choose another time that you might feel is easier.. then remove another time period in 21 days, to finally you are only smoking once a day.. You will find that you will not really care to smoke ..and finally quit.. good luck
