I hope you fully quite all together.

It’s all in the head that you need a fag, think of your unborn child and the negative affects.

    All the best.

Quitting outright will be stressful for only a few days. Having a baby with birth defects will stress you for years.

Chew gum, chew on a toothpick, buy some lollipops, check out the self-help section at the bookstore. If you can make it to 72 hours without a cigarette, the nicotine will be out of your system and it will only be a mental battle after that.

First off i would like to say congradulations on getting as far as you have with quitting! Basically what youre battling right now sounds like the social addiction and the stress of the job. So what i suggest is maybe just going outside and standing out there for a little bit dont smoke just chew a piece of gum or have a piece of hard candy or lollipop. Sometimes just going outside will ease the craving and stress of the job. I admire you for what you have done quiting smoking is a very tough thing to do. Some people cant do it so congrads!

You need willpower. Don’t buy cigarettes and don’t be around anyone that smokes. Chew gum or find something to do to replace the cigarette. You may find it beneficial to tell others your trying to quit. They can help hold you accountable if they see you smoking.
