My dog’s unhealthy habit…?

My dog is smoking up to two packs of ciggarettes a day now. How can I get him to stop? We’ve tried the patch and hypnosis and nothing seems to work. I’m not sure where he’s getting the money to buy ciggarettes since he’s recently unemployed??? If he doesn’t get his smokes everyday, he becomes violent and abusive. Please help.

sounds like he needs some help
I think you should seek healp from a trained medical professional, or try calling the quit line.
And remember, violence against women is never ok, so just give him the smokes!
take the smokes and put him in the crate till he stops for good!

Has he read all the literature on the dangers of smoking!!! He needs to cut down to 1 pack a day!!!!!!!
Your dog eh? I don’t think so. This is either a joke or it’s about you. Fess up! I wasn’t born yesterday.
Sit it down and talk to your dog. Warn it of the health related dangers of smoking and that it could stunt its growth and so on. Also, try to find out why it started smoking, was it peer pressure from the other dogs (after all, they are pack animals – excuse the pun). Once you find out the underlining psychological issue as to why your dog smokes, you can commence addressing your dogs addiction.

take away the smokes then give him something VERY attractive like i dunno, something that will distract him, dont mind him, if it goes further, ask a vet
Your dog sounds very paranoid and delusional . I think he should be admitted to a state hospital immediately.
