Is it possible to erase a few memories with hypnosis?

A while ago, more than a year ago, I tried smoking weed. I started having panic attacks because of it. and in the beginning it was only when I smoked but now I can’t do regular things like walk down the street by myself without feeling like I’ll have a panic attack. If I even think to much about them I can induce one, and it’s not something I can keep myself from thinking about easily. All I want to do is be able to live normally without having to worry about triggering an attack. If I use hypnosis to erase the times that I’ve had these panic attacks, do you think they would stop?

Hypnosis has the ability to remove negative thoughts and feelings about a bad relationship from your past. It does this by erasing the memories associated with the relationship and thereby helping you feel better about future relationships.

no memory can be erased from you mind…hypnosis simply suppresses the memories you don’t want bouncing up suddenly. Unfortunately, over time, those memories will come up, and then you have twice the problem. Suggest you would do better to deal with the issues that cause your anxiety, and no, it was not using the marijuana, all that did was release some of your inhibitions at the time so you associate it with that. But if you didn’t have an anxiety issue prior to that, then you would have had no issue as a part of that. See a mental health professional, and deal with the underlying issue.
