My wife used hypnosis to overcome an eating disorder. She said it worked, but you still had to really want to stop whatever you were doing, and still had to consiously use your will not to do it.

I just quit smoking without the use of hypnosis, I’m just sick of them having power over me, the cigs and the tobacco company. It’s been a week now.

Good luck on whatever you decide.

YEEEES! Hypnosis is very powerful. Unfortunately, many people find it to be a little “Hocus Pocus”. It is not! I have used hypnosis for many things, mostly to relax. But I have also done past lives regression using hypnosis. A very good frind of mine is a Hypnotherapist and he does wonderful work with people. He specializes in helping pregnant women deliver their babies without pain. This is absolutely true. I have seen it with my own eyes. I was very skeptical at first, but now I am a BELIEVER. Hallelu-ya! HAHAHA. All kidding aside, this stuff really works. In a nutshell, what hypnosis does is tap into our Sub-concious mind. The truth is I cannot really explain it well hear, but you can go to my friends web-sites and read more about it there. He is a super nice guy, and besides this being a way for him to make a living, he is absolutely passionate about it and loves to help people. I will list his websites below. Please, this is not advertisment. I am so convinced that he can help so many people that I am passionate about getting the word out. Thanks.
