has anyone stop smoking useing hypnosis?

So that’s it! A tricky few days and then a lifetime of freedom. So why hasn’t it been that easy previously? Simple – you didn’t deal with the psychological addiction of smoking. In fact, you probably put cigarettes up on some kind of a pedestal.

Yes i did….. about 20 years ago. best money i ever spent. have not had a smoke
since. in fact just the thought of one makes me nervous. hate the thought and
hate the look.
The problem most people have with quitting I think is just that they don’t actually want to quit. In my opinion (and I have quit smoking) all the products like nicorette just make it much harder by dragging out the process. They try to tell you how hard quitting is just to sell their bullshit products. If you have a good enough reason to quit, then you can quit successfully immediately. You just have to find your own reason that you actually care about.
Hypnosis doesn’t work on everyone. In fact, there is very little scientific evidence supporting the fact that it even works at all. However, some people report positive effects, so it’s worth a try.
Yes many people have used hypnosis to stop smoking by reprogramming the subconscious mind to get rid of the addiction. it worked for me but there are better and less expensive methods available that are similar to hypnosis
