There are so many aides in quitting these days that it makes it nothing less than confusing!
I know for some people it has worked, and for others not. Everyone is different.
I’m going to pass along a site I used when I quit. Its really good. Take a good half hour to look over the site (its free). All your quit smoking questions are answered in there (and they are accurate).
