My wife cousin did…he smoked 2 packs a day….he hasnt picked upa smoke in over 2 years. I dunno. I want to try it but havnt gotten around to it yet. Good luck!!!

Yes. My brother-in-law. 3 of us went for hypnosis and it only worked for him. Didn’t phase me one bit and felt the whole thing was pretty corny. I want to quit. I’ve cut way back and I’m trying but it’s very hard.
