1. addictive behavior [cigarette smoking] as NOTHING else has worked.
2. modify someones personality. For example… my relationships tend not to last long because I CONSTANTLY push people away by doing stupid things because I don’t want to get too close, so would Hypnosis work to help me STOP doing these ”stupid things”. -or the fact that I always let things go until the very last minute, self sabotage, my mantra is ”I can do it tomorrow”… then tomorrow comes and I push it off until it’s too late.
3. Help with Depression/Anxiety and overall ADHD

my dad knows hypnosis…he always tells me tht it does not work miracles but yes it will help someone with those problems TO SOME EXTEND…it affects ur subconscious mind…so whatever u do consiously will not be affected a lot

Nobody can tell you that for sure. Not even a professional hypnotist. One thing is for sure that hypnosis won’t make you any damage.
