Allen Carr easyway or hypnosis to stop smoking?

Can anyone, preferably with experience of both say which seems more effective and possibly recommend any good hypnotherapists in Surrey or London.

I used Allen Carr and it worked for me but I really wanted to get clean lungs. He would not want you to say stop, quit or anything like that.
However I’ve also got friends who have quit using hypnosis but can’t recommend any in the region you requested.
Go for Allen Carr first if I were you.
